Before Your Horse's First Appointment
Step 1. To better serve you and your horse, please take the time to fill out the digital form(s) below ( see link). We will not book an appointment until the appropriate form(s) have been filled out and submitted. Each individual equine we work on must have their own form filled out and submitted. If there are multiple equines you would like bodywork performed on please fill out a separate form for each one. Once the correct form(s) have been filled out please contact us via the "Schedule Your Appointment" section below and we will get back to you shortly. Thank you for your patience as other forms will be uploaded to streamline the process of paperwork.

Step 2. If you have filled out the Equine Bodywork Disclosure form or we have done work on your horse in the past, please use this form to quickly schedule their next appointment with us!
Bodywork Expectations and Services
In order to keep both myself and your horse safe, I will not preform bodywork sessions in a lightning storm, at feeding times, stalled or hard tied/cross tied. The horse must be in a comfortable, clean, dry quiet shelter or pasture/paddock. Footprint to Hoofprint Equine Bodywork & Services is based in Spring Hill FL and services the Tampa Bay Area North. If you are located more than 20 miles from my home base there will be an additional travel fee. Please contact for specific pricing.
